**Job Title**: Cyber Security Administrator
- **Company**: Sandvik
- **Work Mode**: Hybrid - 10 days work from office per month
- **Experience**: 2-4 years
- **Certification**: ITIL Certification - _Mandatory_
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage the organization’s cybersecurity systems and tools
- Respond promptly to security incidents and provide thorough resolution
- Implement and uphold robust security controls and policies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and routine security audits
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards
- Oversee access control and identity management systems
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to secure infrastructure
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for audits and incidents
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices

**Required Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM tools
- Proven experience with cybersecurity monitoring tools and incident response
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and network protocols
- Strong skills in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and threat mitigation
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

**Mandatory Requirements**
- **ITIL Certification**:

- **2-4 years** of relevant cybersecurity experience
- **Excellent communication skills** - written and verbal

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**
- Certifications like **CompTIA Security+**, **CEH**, or **CISSP**:

- Experience working in **ITIL-based environments**:

- Exposure to **cloud security** (AWS, Azure)

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
