**Position - **Sales Executive | Sales Engineer

**Salary range**-: 3-4 LPA (**_Negotiable_**)

**Qualification-**:
Diploma /BE/B Tech. Degree in mechanical engineering passed from reputed institutes/universities.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing for bearings.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding dealers & distributors for bearings in different areas.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for the region and promoting our new brand name SAB has to be promoted to the market.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring performance and reach to targets.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure a strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction.
- To Develop Business by a professional approach to new and existing customers with the technical presentation, Product and services, generate inquiries, and follow up.
- Must be ready to accept the market challenges to achieve the desired result.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and product-related Training.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure issue resolution.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales with bearings/industrial product exposure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Additional benefits who have previous work experience in these companies (ARB, SKF, FAG, ZKL, ZNL, THE NEW BALL BEARING) etc.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skills, and development of customers.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of key customers & competition in the market will be a plus.
- Customer and dealer co-ordination, rapport building
- Up to date knowledge of the latest developments/ trends in the market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
