Wintel Administrator with SCCM Expertise

Manage and administer Windows Servers (2008/2012/2016/2019) in physical and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
Implement, configure, and manage SCCM for software deployment, patch management, and OS deployment.
Perform regular server health checks, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Windows servers and SCCM infrastructure.
Oversee the management of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

Manage Windows server security, including implementing patches, updates, and system hardening.
Perform system performance tuning and resource optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
Monitor and analyze system logs to identify potential issues and take corrective actions.
Provide advanced-level technical support and troubleshoot escalated issues related to the Wintel and SCCM environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades. Document processes, procedures, and configuration changes for system infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT security standards.
