Telecaller Consular

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to empathize, actively listen, and build rapport with Students
- Proficiency in using Canva or any other tools

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce and explain the organization’s services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with Students.
- Understand the needs, preferences, and challenges of prospective Students.
- Provide personalized guidance and solutions to help them make informed decisions
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual counselling sessions as required.
- Assist Students in setting goals and provide actionable steps to achieve them.

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
