**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Maintenance**: Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the site, including office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- **Security Oversight**: Monitor site premises to ensure safety and security; report any suspicious activities promptly.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when restocking is needed.
- **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to urgent maintenance issues or emergencies as they arise.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain logs of maintenance activities and report any incidents or damages.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 10th grade pass.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in facility maintenance or caretaking roles is preferred.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures; ability to handle minor repairs.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
- **Communication**: Basic communication skills; ability to report issues clearly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
