**Responsibilities**

You will start your journey at smiles.ai as a Team Lead (Scanning & smile care Expert) to lead a team of 4-10 Smile care experts (BDS graduates) and drive the revenue through aligner treatment.

Introduce and showcase the unique & modern way of the latest teeth alignment (Clear Aligner Technology).

Your role will start with auditing the visits (Home/Clinic) that the Smile care experts will do for performing the intraoral 3D scan, consulting and informing them of the modern & advanced technology for teeth alignment & other generic dental treatment solutions.

You will also be responsible for consulting these patients and will play a role throughout the complete treatment journey (Ortho+General dentistry) by Tele consultation in case of escalations.

Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary.

Tabulate and record responses. Generate relevant reports from the same.

Handle any operations related activities that may be required.

**Qualifications**

Completed MDS in orthodontics

A good understanding of aligner treatments and procedures as IPR and attachments

Aligner certification preferable

Good communication skills to explain and make the patients comfortable, Instill trust

Role involves - internal city travelling in different parts

Good track record of closing sales
