2. Centre Management and Facilities Management Ensure availability and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and consumables in all centers as per guidelines. Ensure the timely creation of batches.
3. Ensure 80% attendance Ensure proper training documentation in centers as per training SDP.
6. Action plan on reassessment. Ensure SOP compliance.
7.Assessing the group’s needs and customizing training materials accordingly.
**Educational Qualifications and Experience for Domain Trainer of Master Gardener Job Role as follows:
- **
Diploma (Landscaping/Agriculture/Horticulture): Minimum 3 years of experience in Gardening/Landscaping.
Graduate (Graduate in Agriculture /Horticulture/Forestry): Minimum 2 years of experience in Gardening/Landscaping.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
