SEO & Social Media Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- **SEO**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms for our target audience.
- Optimize website content and meta descriptions for search engines.
- Build high-quality backlinks to improve website authority.
- Monitor website traffic and rankings using analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithms.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
- **Social Media**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging and shareable social media content (text, images, videos).
- Manage and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor social media conversations and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media data to track performance and measure success.
- Run social media advertising campaigns (optional).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
- Proven track record of success in improving website traffic and social media engagement.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative and data-driven approach to marketing.
- A passion for social media and digital marketing trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
