ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises the System team of 6 members, Devops/Cloud engineers
- TPM role for infrastructure related stories:

- o Partners with other TPMs for requirements intake and solutioning
- usually they have pipelines, storage and connectivity requirements
- o Work with the team on backlog grooming, iteration planning and removing blockers
- o Represent the team in scrum of scrums
- Guide the Sysadmin team for AWS based solutions (our current sysadmin team lacks experience)
- Engage with our Cloud MSP, 2ndwatch for larger AWS changes, e.g. network, accounts, security.
- Solutioning:

- o Design infrastructure, DevSecOps and SRE related solutions
- o Multi-year experience working on complex deployments to AWS, Kubernetes
- o Experience with a DevSecOps implementation, ideally with Azure Devops
- o Experience with Microservices and Event Driven architecture
- Technologies:

- o DevSecOps: Azure Devops, Checkmarx, Owasp Zap
- o AWS: EKS, NLB, Cloudfront, Multi-account structure (AWS Organization), Control Tower. transit gateway, network firewall
- Soft skills:

- o Excellent communication skills
- o Detail oriented
