Needs to handle the Telecaller responsibilities to call potential customers, receive incoming calls, route the calls properly, call the leads and convince them to buy the product or service.

Responsibilities and Duties
- They answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Call leads and potential customers and convince them to buy the product or service.
- Maintain the call log for the leads and always be on track withwhen to call them or contact them back.
