**Position**: Architect
**Location**: Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
**Experience**: 2-5 years preferred
**Type**: Full-time

**Applicant residing within 5 Km radius only**

**What You'll Do**
- Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Create detailed working drawings, presentations, and BOQs
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the team
- Oversee site execution to maintain design intent and quality

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite and Lumion/Enscape is a plus
- Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail
- Good understanding of materials, building codes, and construction methods
- Effective communication and project coordination skills
- A portfolio that reflects creativity, clarity, and technical competence
