**Mandatory Requirement**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing and optimizing paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms. This role will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation software.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
