**Job Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our food products and enhance our brand presence online. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media channels, and analyze campaign performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- **Brand Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and promote brand campaigns that align with our values and goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the food industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the food industry, particularly in digital marketing roles.
- Familiarity with food-related trends, preferences, and consumer behavior.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
