**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Food Auditor to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational best practices. As a Food Auditor, you will perform audits across various food-related processes to guarantee the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of food production processes, storage, and handling to ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Review food safety documentation and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and report any food safety or quality issues, proposing actionable solutions.
- Perform sensory evaluations of food products to assess quality and consistency.
- Provide feedback and training to staff to ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Prepare and submit audit reports, documenting findings and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any audit-related concerns or improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food safety auditing or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, USDA standards).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate findings to team members and management.
- Certification in food safety or quality management is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Qualification**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Bio-Technology, and Nutrition or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing unit or as a laboratory technician. Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different teams.
