**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cheque & Payment Deposit Handling**:

- Process customer cheque deposits, verifying details, and ensuring the accurate posting of funds to the appropriate accounts.
- Assist in the processing of payment deposits, including cash and electronic payments, into customer accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of deposited cheques and payments.
- **Withdrawal Transactions**:

- Assist in processing withdrawals from customer accounts, ensuring proper authorization and accurate updates to account balances.
- Handle internal bank transfers, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- **Excel Data Entry & Management**:

- Maintain and update banking data in Excel, including account balances, transaction records, and deposit logs.
- Create, update, and manage spreadsheets for reconciliation purposes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Use Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to generate reports, track deposits/withdrawals, and assist with monthly reconciliation.
- **Banking Reports & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly transaction summaries and reports using Excel for internal review.
- Assist in generating financial statements, deposit reports, and transaction logs for management.
- Ensure all banking records and reports are filed and stored securely.
- **Customer Account Management**:

- Provide support in managing customer accounts, including assisting with queries related to cheque deposits, payments, and withdrawals.
- Coordinate with other bank departments to resolve any discrepancies related to deposits and withdrawals.
- **Compliance & Security**:

- Ensure all banking transactions comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive banking information and adhere to data security protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
