**NETWORK PROVIDER**

**Job Summary**:
The Network Provider is responsible for managing the process of selecting, credentialing, and onboarding individuals or entities into our healthcare network. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, assessing qualifications, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining a robust and high-quality network that meets the needs of the organization and its clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Empanelment Process Management.
- Design and implement an efficient empanelment process.
- Credentialing and Qualification Assessment.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams.
- Quality Assurance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance and quality improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in network management, credentialing, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in healthcare credentialing or network management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific insurance and healthcare.
- Experience working in a healthcare or insurance setting.
