Qualifications:12th/ITI.

**Job Description**:

- Installation
- To carry out the installation and commissioning of machines as per the departmental procedure.

Trials
- To carry out trials of various adhesives for leather goods, bags, wallets, shoes etc.

Other Activities
- To collect customer feedback from all the customers.
- Regular submission of CRM and MIS.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- To identify areas of scope for new products.
- Co-ordinating with concerned team for requirements.
- Creating Service Collaterals for the team.
- In-house Spare management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Service
- Attend machinery break down of adhesive spray machines.
- Reach customer location in NCR on time & resolve issue.
- Educate & train customers with basic troubleshooting skills & easy fixes.
- To ensure the given complaint / call is completed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- To attend the Preventive Maintenance calls.
- Schedule regular maintenance.
- Timely intimation and replacement of spare parts.
- Maintaining log regularly of clients visited.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
