**Education & Qualifications**:

- **Preferred Education**: B.Arch, M.Arch, or Diploma in Architecture.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, but relevant education in architecture or design is mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience preferred, but freshers with a strong educational background and portfolio are welcome.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project feasibility, gather requirements, and monitor progress.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on current trends, materials, and sustainable practices in architecture and design.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients and management, showcasing designs and project progress.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

**Skills Required**:

- **Software Proficiency:( Added advantage)**
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray or Lumion for rendering
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for design presentations
- **Core Skills**:

- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design aesthetics.
- Excellent spatial planning and technical drawing skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- **Additional Skills**: Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is a plus.
