Key Responsibilities

'¢ Video Editing & Production: Edit and refine raw footage into compelling videos, ensuring a seamless narrative and high production quality.

'¢ Brand Alignment: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand objectives, values, and target audiences, ensuring content consistency.

'¢ Visual Storytelling: Maintain a strong visual style, incorporating creative storytelling techniques to enhance engagement.

'¢ Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, trends, and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

'¢ Project Management: Handle multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

'¢ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver content that aligns with project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

'¢ Technical Proficiency: Experience with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

'¢ Creativity & Storytelling: Strong passion for video storytelling with an eye for detail, pacing, and composition.

'¢ Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with clients, designers, and marketing teams to bring creative visions to life.

'¢ Time Management: Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

'¢ Adaptability: Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Experience Requirements

'¢ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a related field. (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are also encouraged to apply.)

'¢ Prior experience in creating promotional videos, social media content, or brand storytelling is a plus.

'¢ A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects is highly preferred.
