**Job Purpose**

To coordinate with DoT officials for various activities and drive a powerful interfacing to foster robust symbiotic understanding of the regulatory regime.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Policy Formulation
- Build an effective network of relationships to ensure information flow on policy and regulatory matters.
- Coordination with Corporate Finance / DoT HQ on License Fee, SUC, MW charges related issues / demands, conduct of DoT Audits and observations, or DVR related issues and submitting responses to DoT / CGCA Office on related queries etc.
- Supervising and coordinating submission and release of Bank Guarantees at DoT-HQ/CGCA office.
- Need based support to Corporate/Circle teams on CCA Office related issues.
- To be the First Point of contact for DoT for all finance related queries and data requirements.
- Ensuring coordination with Finance teams for timely submission & payment of License Fee / Spectrum Usage Charges and statutory and other dues in line with the License Agreement and DoT mandates along with filing of relevant information to DoT.
- Coordination with DoT-HQ for allocation of the numbering resources (MSC Code / SCP Code / SP Code / IN Code / Public Utilities Code, etc) to support business and network requirements.
- Render necessary support to Internal teams (Network & Business) for timely opening of short code/other codes in BSNL/MTNL networks with adherence to National Numbering Plan (NNP).
- Ensuring company-wide implementation of code opening Instructions received from the Licensor in respect of the special codes allocated by it to various entities including the various Government Departments / Ministries.
- Resolution of queries received from the Licensor in respect of the various numbering resources allocated to VIL as well as the queries received from corporate business / Network Teams Formulate and stream line strategy and process aligned with the business.
- Preparation and Analysis of various financial reports / MIS.
- Research based assistance to Manager on various publicly available information/reports.
- To be a ready regulatory resource for supply of data for any internal finance related queries.
- Responding to various DoT queries pertaining to specific data requirements as well as Parliament Questions during parliament sessions, etc. as per defined timelines.
- Coordinate with LSA teams for disaster specific actions and feedback during disaster situations, Ensure timely submission of MIS to DoT for disaster situations
- Provide timely business support and guidance on CAF Audit and regulatory compliances nationally as per DoT Regulatory guidelines.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience of managing DoT /CCA/CGCA in a large organization.
- High on relationship building, strong interpersonal skills, communication impact both written and verbal
- Presentable personality

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate/PG in any discipline
