- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and web design.
- **Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate, and PowerShell.**:

- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- **Hands-on experience with Confluence for page creation, structuring, and collaboration**:

- Use labels, macros, and templates over confluence to enhance page functionality and searchability.
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking and analytical skills.
- **Flex and adapt to different tools and technologies.**:

- Strong learning attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated experience of working in a team spread across multiple locations.

**Preferable**
- Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GitMicrosoft or Atlassian certifications are a plus.
