**Hiring: Design Assistant cum Merchandiser - Home Textiles**

**Location: Kolkata**

We are looking for a Design Assistant cum Merchandiser who can efficiently manage coordination between design, production, and clients within the home décor & soft furnishing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the design team with fabric swatches, trims, mood boards & sample tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, artisans, dye houses & export units
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and pass clear briefs to the design team
- Maintain production timelines, order sheets & approvals
- Support in basic presentations, catalog updates & documentation
- Background in Textiles / Fashion / Interiors (not graphic design)
- Fluent in English - written & spoken (for client interaction)
- Strong follow-up, coordination & backend management skills
- Organised, sincere & eager to grow within the home têxtiles industry
