**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (BDE)

**Location**: Mysore
**Experience**: 3 months to 1.5 years in Sales
**Languages Required**: Kannada (mandatory)
**Salary**: As per industry standards
**Work Days**: 6 days a week

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, field visits, or digital platforms
- Understand customer needs and promote suitable products or services
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
- Maintain and build long-term customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager

**Requirements**:

- 3 months to 1.5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Fluency in Kannada is mandatory**:

- Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions confidently
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or computer usage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Any graduate or diploma holder
- Background in EdTech, FMCG, Telecom, or related fields is a plus
