- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Maintain databases and update records as needed.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Assist management in tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s MIS infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or escalate them as needed.
- Coordinate with IT teams for upgrades and implementation of new systems.
- Provide technical support to users regarding MIS-related issues.
- Train staff on the effective use of MIS tools and systems.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their data and system requirements.
- Liaise with external vendors for software or hardware procurement and maintenance.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Automate repetitive tasks using MIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of MIS-related projects.
- Manage timelines and budgets for technology upgrades or system deployments.
- Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Create user manuals and guides for MIS systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
