**Role Summary**

As a pre-primary teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of our director's child by providing one-on-one educational guidance and support. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment tailored to our child's needs, focusing on building foundational skills that are essential for success in kindergarten and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities to enhance child's cognitive and social development.
- Provide individualized instruction in key areas such as reading, writing, basic math, and social skills.
- Foster a love for learning and a sense of curiosity through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Monitor and assess child's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Encourage good study habits and a positive attitude toward learning.
- Maintain open communication with parents to discuss child's development and address any concerns.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment

**Requirements**:

- A passion for working with young children and fostering their early education.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or working with young children.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to the child's learning pace and style.
- Background check and references may be required.

**Working Hours**:
This is a part-time position, and the working hours will be 3-4 Hours a Day. The schedule can be discussed and adjusted to suit the availability of both the tutor and the family.

**Pay: Upto 15000/ Month**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
