*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Advertising Strategy and Execution*: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns to promote our products/services. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and innovative content for advertisements across various platforms. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in advertising strategies.

*2. Business Development:*

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present proposals for new business ventures.

*3. Client Relationship* Management: Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and fulfillment of client needs. Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

*4. Reporting and Analysis:*

Prepare regular reports on advertising campaign performance, business development activities, and key performance indicators.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

*5. Budget Management:*

Develop and manage budgets for advertising campaigns and business development initiatives.

Ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI for all advertising and business development activities.

*Qualifications:*

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

Proven experience in advertising and business development roles, preferably in the advertising sector for 2-3 years.

Strong understanding of advertising platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
