**Responsibilities**:

- **Overseeing Operations**:

- You will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the factory, including production, procurement, quality control, and maintenance.
- Ensure that production processes run efficiently and effectively.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- **Staff Management**:

- Screen, recruit, and train staff members.
- Supervise and motivate the production team.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Prioritize worker safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment and schedule maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Budgeting and Scheduling**:

- Prepare and implement budgets and production schedules.
- Coordinate with other departments (such as sales and customer service) to align objectives.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve any issues or disputes among factory staff.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders regarding factory performance.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records of all factory activities and report on important metrics.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Significant experience in managing a manufacturing facility.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Master of Business Administration preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of inventory management, quality control processes, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including leadership and communication skills.
