**Position**:

- Junior Accountant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Ledger Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining the general ledger, including preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and performing month-end closings.
- **Financial Reporting**: Help prepare financial statements and management reports by gathering and analyzing data.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process invoices, prepare payments, and support the collections process.
- **Bank Reconciliations**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash reporting.
- **Expense Tracking**: Record expenses and support expense reporting procedures.
- **Support Audits**: Assist in preparing documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
- **Compliance and Record-Keeping**: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations, maintaining organized and accurate records.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving accounting processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- **Attributes**: Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,051.61 - ₹22,081.07 per month
