**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and fulfill daily Shopify orders
- Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with the warehouse team
- Call customers for confirmations, updates, and support
- Monitor inventory and update product listings on Shopify
- Assist senior merchandisers with operational tasks

**Education & Experience**:

- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or merchandising
- Must have working knowledge of Shopify
- Good communication skills and basic Excel knowledge

**Salary**
- **Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹18,000/month (depending on experience)
