_Team Frontier is a dedicated one stop shop for Design and build Turnkey Solutions for office interiors fit-outs with a pan India presence and a turnover of INR 65 crores a year. We are now putting up a modular furniture factory and an Electrical Consulting & Contracting company._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Sourcing & Management**:

- _Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on a comprehensive analysis of price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities._
- o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers._
- o Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and lead resolution for any quality or service issues._
- **Negotiation & Cost Control**:

- _Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and payment terms to achieve optimal value for the company._
- o Continuously seek cost-reduction opportunities without compromising on quality or delivery timelines._
- **Procurement & Order Management**:

- _Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy._
- o Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all materials and services to meet production and project schedules._
- o Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and invoices._
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Collaboration**:

- o Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock outs and minimize carrying costs._
- o Collaborate closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to forecast demand and align procurement activities._
- **Market Intelligence & Compliance**:

- o Stay informed about market trends, commodity pricing, and new product innovations._
- o Ensure all procurement activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies._

**Key Skills Required**:

- _Proven experience in supplier management and negotiation._
- _Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles._
- _Proficiency with procurement software/ERP systems._
- _Excellent communication and organizational skills._
- _High attention to detail and analytical thinking._
