**Requirement for A/C Technician for K.J. Somaiya Private Industrial Training Institute, Somaiya Vidyavihar**

**Position**: A/C Technician

**Job Location**: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

**Qualification required**: ITI in refrigeration & air-conditioning

**Requisite experience**: 5 to 7 years

**Other skills**: HVAC & VRF/VRV knowledge

**Employement type**: Contract

**Proposed salary range**: INR 25,000 pm to INR 30,000 pm

**Job description**:

- Should be able to do the maintenance of refrigerator & AC related work
- Preparation of call report, coordination with other technician to complete the maintenance work
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Somaiya Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
