**Duties**:
**L1 JD : 24/7 **24/7 flexible to work, monitoring and analysis is first priority, no configuration is required for L1

**(Certification mandatory)**,Certified Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic monitoring tools

Knowledge of performance management scripts, reading of code / method / stack

Banking Domain knowledge

Understanding of IT performance measurement key indicators and understanding of event correlation

**Technical skills**:
Technical script writing

Monitoring performance parameters

**Knowledge of Application monitoring tools like Appdynamic, Dynatrace, Appnomic, Splunk etc.?(Professional Certifications on Appdynamics and Dynatrace is a must)**

Soft skill :?Good Interpersonal communication & presentation skills

**Education**:
Graduate/Post Graduate - preferably commerce background

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
