Who you are:
We are looking for a dedicated QA Tester who can join immediately to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA Tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
- Executing tests on source code.
- Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
- Ensuring that new software products are ready for consumer use
- Generating reports describing defects and resolutions
- Investigate customer complaints and production issues.
- Preparing and executing Regression and Performance test cases
- Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
- Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- A good working knowledge of test management software, software coding, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
- 2-4 years’ experience in QA testing.
- Must be proficient in manual and automation testing
- Good team working and critical thinking skills.
- Must have knowledge of defect management tools (MTM and JIRA), database management systems, programming languages like C#, Java

Shift: 12:30PM-9:30PM IST
