Specializing in South Indian cuisines or An all-rounder chef with expertise in South Indian, North Indian cuisines, and Chaat

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in preparing authentic South Indian and/or North Indian dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Passion for delivering high-quality food.
