We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Process Specialist with over six years of experience in managing the complete loan process across retail, corporate,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan process, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on loan products and requirements.
- **Loan Documentation**:Ensure all loan agreements and related documents are prepared, executed, and maintained in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various loan products, including but not limited to home loans, personal loans, business loans, and loans against property. Provide guidance to clients on suitable options based on their needs.
- **Risk Assessment**:Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to determine the creditworthiness of applicants, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to optimize loan processing workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in the loan management process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in loan processing, with a strong focus on retail, corporate, equity, debt, and bill discounting.
- Comprehensive understanding of loan products and disbursement processes.
- In-depth knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in relevant software and loan management systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
