**About Us**: _Wundrsight Healthcare is building a Virtual Reality & AI-based Digital Therapeutics platform to enhance treatment outcomes, engagement, and ease of care for neurological, cognitive, mental, and behavioral health solutions. We are a fast-growing digital therapeutics startup based out of Bangalore and are backed by Meta, ISB, IIT Mandi, and more. Our goal is to provide effective psychological therapies and solutions to help the large and growing number of people in India who lack access to clinicians._

**Location: onsite( Bengaluru)**

Position Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Wundrsight Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and platforms. Leveraging your expertise in user interface and user experience design, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric solutions that enhance the delivery of healthcare services and improve patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. User Research: Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design concepts, ensuring usability and functionality meet user requirements.

3. Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity visual designs, including user interfaces, graphics, and interactive elements, that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

4. Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging interactions that guide users through our digital products and platforms, optimizing usability and accessibility.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

6. Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement, iterating designs based on user insights.

7. Documentation: Create design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and asset libraries, to support development and ensure design consistency.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

5. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

6. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

8. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

9. Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.
