Mis Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Warehouse MIS Executive** to join our team. The role involves managing and maintaining data related to warehouse operations, preparing reports, analyzing performance, and supporting management with accurate and timely information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.
- Track inward and outward stock movement with accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and highlight discrepancies.
- Prepare performance dashboards (manpower utilization, productivity, dispatch, returns).
- Support warehouse operations with data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts team for reconciliation of stock and records.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS/Data management, preferably in warehouse/logistics.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Advance Excel).
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
