**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments for field sales or design teams.
- Maintain client database and update records regularly.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Share daily call updates and feedback with the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English**:

- Confident, polite, and professional voice tone
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented attitude
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
