**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Will be in charge of the respective client’s creative needs.
- Shall be part of the client calls if a need arises.
- Shall be research-oriented and have an idea about what the competition is doing.
- Shall be responsible for taking learning sessions (topics can be discussed with senior members of the team)
- Shall be responsible for coming up with creative campaign ideas for respective clients every month.
- Shall be responsible for creating and executing Social Media calendars for respective clients.
- Should be updated in the popular culture, social media trends and digital updates.
- Lend a helping hand to senior management in the ideation process
- Be the gatekeeper for all content that passes through Webdura and ensure there are no mistakes.

**Skills**:

- Creative thinking
- Good command of English
- Ability to gatekeep the quality of work
- Experience in handling international clients/ International Websites.
- Ability to think broad ideas and express them in crisp language
- Ability to communicate clearly with designers to bring life to their vision
- Good grasp of popular culture, social media trends and different social media platforms.
- Interest in the realm of advertising and marketing.
- Ability to work in a team
- Time management skills and ability to communicate with the team
