Key Responsibilities:
Manage, track, and distribute incoming leads efficiently to the sales team.

Qualify and nurture leads through automated and personalized follow-ups.

Optimize lead conversion by analyzing data, improving distribution strategies, and refining engagement processes.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and targeting strategies.

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, statuses, and progress in the CRM system.

Monitor and report key performance metrics related to lead quality, response time, and conversion rates.

Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in lead management, CRM handling, or digital sales.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track and improve lead conversion.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Prior experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is a plus.
