**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan daily dispatch routes & schedules for dairy products.
- Coordinate with production & warehouse to ensure timely order readiness.
- Track deliveries and maintain cold chain standards.
- Handle documentation: challans, invoices, inventory updates.
- Liaise with riders/drivers and customers; resolve delivery issues.
- **When no rider is available on a route**: reassign from nearby route or use backup/temp rider; inform customer of delay.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Good organizational & communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in logistics / dairy or perishable goods preferred.
- Able to work early mornings or night shifts as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
