**Role Description**:Responsible to work with the director to coordinate & supervise daily operations and work with sales personnel to achieve required sales team goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Sales coordination and assistance for PAN India sales & Marketing team.
- Based on sales target and sales strategy, consolidating sales plan odd every sales team and prepare master sales tour plan.
- Preparation and input of sales order in SAP.
- Periodic review of all pending and ongoing orders to ensure that every order is running on time and if any probable delay is being identify escalate immediately to concern authority.
- Ensure customers happiness by resolving all complains and queries on timely and effective manner.
- On timely basis track all Sample order and coordinate effectively with all concern authority to enable timely Sample order fulfilment.
- Ensure timely collection from customers based on company’s policy by taking regular follow ups.
- Periodically Reconciliation of customer's account to ensure no ambiguity remains.
- Ensure control over relevant documents and records as applicable based on ISO requirement.
- Review and ensure that all the activity of the department is being done considering the Sales Department Budget.
- Ensure that departmental objectives are met and necessary corrective actions are initiated in case any gap is observed.
- Respond to all sales inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner.
- Work with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
- Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
- Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives.
- Fulfill duties as assigned by the director.
- Provide sales update and customer testimonials in marketing material.
- To Maintain the date of employees for travelling and book tickets in flight/train/bus and a room in hotel as well.
- Need to manage record of travelling held on daily/weekly basis.
- Must maintain record of expenses.
- Should be good in listening and can understand the requirement of traveller.
- Share the confirmation of booking to concern person on same day and get approved by director for future reference. Maintain records of booking to help accounts team for accounting.
- Must attend daily business meetings.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
