Digital Marketing Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible for local co-ordination, implementing and managing marketing programs and events that uphold the corporate image and property identity. The MT will be trained to execute marketing tactics supporting the local market with guidance of Corporate Marketing Head

**Duties & Functions**:

- Co ordinate with local vendors and managed property ownership as per guidelines
- Execute marketing tactics, partnerships, programming and activations supporting the market
- Implement annual marketing activation plan and calendar focused on driving business into low & shoulder seasons while enhancing the guest experience during peak seasons
- Support co ordination with PR, Social media and digital media agencies in sync with Corporate Marketing Head
- Perform other duties deemed necessary by management (as per instructions and prior approvals) to support the organization
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the venue teams
- Communicate with ownerships, employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
- Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and/or heavy restaurant activity, serving as a role model for team and other employees. Interact with other department personnel and venue staff as needed

**Qualifications**:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with travels if needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field is strongly desired
- Zero (0) to Upto Three (01) years related experience marketing, advertising or public relations, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
- Must have knowledge of events, launches, food and beverage, catering sales, conference service & marketing management experience and guest relations
- Basic understanding of legal contract language
- Proven team asset with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values
- An intermediate to proficient understanding of Mobile marketing and Computer systems such as: IDS/Opera (preferred), Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT is required
- Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
- Must be able observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations
- Must have good communication skills and should be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to work inside (WFH) and outside (market visits) at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes/ trends
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity and civil rights, occupational safety and health, wage and hour issues, and labor relations will be added advantage
- Additional local language ability other than English will be preferred

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
