**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update daily purchase, sales, and inventory data into the system (Excel/ERP).
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts stock, part numbers, and vendor details.
- Verify and cross-check data from invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
- Prepare and update daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Assist the accounts and dispatch team with documentation and coordination.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry in coordination with the Purchase and Stores departments.
- Support management with data-related reports and summaries when required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an **automobile or spare parts** company.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, Google Sheets, and data management software.
- Basic understanding of **inventory and product codes**.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with **Tally / ERP / CRM** systems (added advantage).

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)**Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
