We Are Hiring - Structural Draughtsman
**About Us**
We are an Interior Design and Architecture firm specializing in commercial, residential, and retail projects. Our expertise spans from concept to execution, and we are strengthening our technical team with a skilled **Structural Draughtsman**.
**Position**: Structural Draughtsman (Full-time/Part-time)
**Location**: Sainikpuri
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferred in interior, architectural, or construction industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare **detailed structural drawings** (2D/3D) for concrete, steel, and other structural elements.
- Develop **reinforcement detailing, fabrication/shop drawings, and working drawings** based on engineer’s inputs.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and site engineers to ensure accuracy.
- Revise and update drawings as per design changes or site requirements.
- Maintain proper **drawing documentation and version control**.
- Prepare estimations with BOQ and material take-off inputs when required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / ITI in Civil Drafting, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory); knowledge of **Revit Structure, Tekla, or similar drafting software** is a plus.
- Good understanding of **structural systems** (concrete & steel) and detailing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret **architectural and structural engineer’s drawings**.
- **MEP drafting/design experience will be considered a strong advantage.**:
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and good drafting speed.
