**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Reception**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff upon arrival at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable, stocked with necessary materials (e.g., forms, brochures).
- **Fees Collection**:
- Manage and process fee collections from students and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely updates to the financial system.
- Provide receipts and resolve any discrepancies in fee payments.
- Assist clients and students with inquiries related to fees and payments.
- **Academic Relationship Management**:
- Serve as a point of contact for academic inquiries and support.
- Coordinate with academic departments to schedule meetings, appointments, and academic events.
- Assist students and parents with information about courses, schedules, and academic policies.
- Maintain and update student records and academic files.
- **Placement Assistance**:
- Provide placement assistance for students, including sharing information on job opportunities and internships.
- Coordinate with the placement cell and various companies to facilitate student placements.
- Organize and schedule placement interviews and career counseling sessions.
- Maintain and update records of student placements and employer contacts.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitor logbook, issue visitor passes).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Handle inquiries and provide appropriate information or refer to the correct staff member or department.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, such as memos and announcements.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address and resolve complaints and concerns from visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Provide assistance to clients and visitors regarding KAWMA INTERNATIONAL LLP’s policies, procedures, and services.
- Support the administrative team in ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
