Department- Corporate Finance- Role- Client Sourcing -Business Development- Designation- AVP - BD- Location- New Delhi- Job Description- Will be responsible for Business development & Origination of mandates for Fund raising through Debt
- Having an in depth understanding of the different debt products like Working Capital, Term Loan, Project Funding Business, etc.
- Understanding the business model/ project and assessing the finance required for the project.
- Managing Marketing Activities of the Entity by participating in various SME Meets & Seminars
- Preparing funding proposal for Large Corporates which includes Fund Based limits like Project Term loan, Working Capital loan, Cash Credit facility etc.
- Analyzing the financial statements, preparing project cost statement, estimating project profitability, preparing implementation schedule, loan repayment schedule, cash flow, CMA data
- Identifying Banks/Financial Institutions for structuring the transaction
- Handling existing corporate relationships of the firm and analyzing possible business opportunities
- Generating leads and business from existing clients
- Building and developing relations with various banks and NBFC’s.
- Negotiating key terms and conditions of the transaction with the Company.
- Relationships with Corporates at Sr. level with CFO/CEO across North India.
- Qualification- Post Graduate- Experience- 8+ Years
