**Position: SOCH / Special Educator / Behavioural Counsellor**

**Location: JP Nagar, BTM Layout & Panathur**

As a Special Educator, you will be responsible for providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements. Your role involves assessing students' abilities, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), implementing instructional strategies tailored to students' needs, and collaborating with other educators and support staff to ensure students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- State certification or licensure as a Special Education teacher.
- Atleast 1+ years of experience working with students with disabilities in a school or educational setting.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' growth and development.
