- **Last Piece Sample to Be Tied On Unloaded Mould without Fail.**:

- **All Moulds to Be Placed In Right Location and In Clean Condition.**:

- **To Fill Mould Unloading Register.**:

- **To Fill Daily Work Report.**:

- **To Work On M/C ‘S During Operator Rest Period (Relieving).**:

- **To suggest mold rectifications and timeline to correct the process.**:

- **Bench marking manufacturing practices**:

- **Lean manufacturing techniques**:

- **Improvements in processes, methods,**
