**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Basic Computer, Advance Excel, Accounting, Basic Tally Prime, Advance Tally Prime, GST (Goods & Services Tax), e-Invoice, Edit Log Report, Digital Signature, TDS, Payroll, Income Tax, Spoken English, Personality Development, Interview Skills
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update the training curriculum to ensure it is aligned with industry standards and the latest software updates.
- **Classroom Management**: Organize and manage online or offline classes, workshops, and practical exercises.
- **Hands-on Support**: Provide hands-on assistance and troubleshooting during practical sessions to ensure students can navigate and use the software efficiently.
- **Progress Tracking**: Evaluate student progress and provide feedback on performance. Help students with any issues they may face while using Tally.
- **Certification Preparation**: Prepare students for Tally certification exams by providing them with relevant study materials, mock tests, and exam tips.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with students, addressing their queries and offering solutions to their challenges.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Tally Prime and incorporate them into lessons.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience using **Tally Prime** (or Tally ERP).
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Commerce, Accounting, or related fields (a Master’s degree or professional accounting certification is a plus).
- **Previous teaching or training experience** is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and taxation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
- Patience and enthusiasm for teaching.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in **Tally Prime** software.
- Good knowledge of **GST**, **Income Tax**, **Inventory Management**, and **Payroll**.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of learners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
